1. Approved name for industry and commerce: provide copies of ID cards of all shareholders, legal persons and finance, 3-5 company names, registered capital of the company, the proportion of shareholders' capital contribution and capital contribution period, scope of business of the company, contact address of the company, mobile phone numbers of shareholders, legal persons and finance (legal persons and finance try to provide real name mobile phone numbers, finance if entrusted to us to do, financial information we provide).

外商在上海注冊外資公司首先要符合國家的法律法規(guī)，其次還要考慮企業(yè)的切身利益，這其中，有一些我們需要注意的小技巧。

Shanghai registered companies have quite strict requirements for names, in addition to the fact that they must not be duplicated with an already registered company, and the company name must consist of 2 or more Chinese characters. However, most foreign company clients use English or other characters in their names abroad, so it is particularly important to combine the foreign name with the Chinese name registered in China.

上海注冊公司對于名稱有相當(dāng)嚴(yán)格的要求，除了不得與已注冊的公司重名外，且公司名稱必須是2個或以上的漢字組成。但大部分外資公司客戶在國外使用的都是英文或者是其他文字的名稱，這時候，把國外的外文名稱與在中國注冊的中文名稱有機(jī)結(jié)合起來則顯得尤為重要。
